We offer a variety of terms to accomodate what best fits your financial needs.
24 to 72 Months Financing
Looking for a shorter term with a lower interest rate? We offer financing options between 24 month and 72 month terms! You can work with a Member Service Representative or Loan Officer at the credit union to find what will work the best for you! These are fixed interest rate terms.
Balloon Financing
Don't want to be tied to the same rate through your whole term? Maybe a balloon option is the one for you! We offer 5 year balloons for both 10 year and 20 year terms. With this option, you will refinance every 5 years. You can either refinance into another balloon, or into a fixed rate!
Long Term Fixed Rate Financing
Like a 24 to 72 month option, here you will find a fixed interest rate for the entire term. Our long term option allows you to spread your loan balance out over a longer time period to help you get a lower payment. We offer both 10 year and 15 year fixed rates with our long term financing.
What do you need?
For all term options you will need the following to get started:
- Pictures of both the inside and outside of the mobile home
- An Appraisal
- Proof of Homeowner's Insurance
- Amount of Lot Rent
- Approval Letter from park (optional)
